Job Description :
· Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
· Greet and welcome guests and provide general support to visitors.
· Answer queries and address complaints.
· Maximize mobilization through regular follow-ups and strengthening of relationshipwith the customers.
· To focus on closures and to work with the Team.
· To achieve the fixed target of making calls and walk-ins are happening on a daily basis.
· Must do tele -callings and support other departments in revenue generation activities.
· Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
· Check, sort and forward emails.
· Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers when necessary.
· Problem-solving skills
· Customer service orientation Develop and maintain a filling system.
· Submit and reconcile expense reports.
· Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
· Minimum 1+ years of proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
· Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
· Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
· Proficient in English (oral and written)
· Strong communication and people skills
· Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
